I am in the process of writing a family chronicle and I am searching for relatives of our family who have emigrated to America and with whom we have lost touch completely.

My name is Annemarie Sahloul, geb. Fugger and my father was Johann Fugger (geb. 21.3.1909) of Wörterberg No. 15. I now live in London/England.

My father and his sister Johanna Kleczander, geb. Fugger (geb. 25.7.1906) were the children of Johann and Johanna Fugger (geb. Sommer) of Wörterberg No. 15. Both my father and grandfather were tailors. The sign on the house read „Kleidermacher Fugger".

Few people are now alive who remember the names and details of the family members who emigrated to America. There is a beautiful painting in my mother’s house of Gisela Löffler woh was obviously a talented artist. Is she the daughter of my father’s cousin Karl Fugger?

Here is a photgraph of some of our relatives in America - it was taken in St. Louis. Is Karl one of the men in the photograph? My mother does not recognise any of the persons. Can anybody put a name to them? I would love to take up correspondence with relations from that side of my family - I wish to put back some of the missing pieces into the puzzle of my family.
